NO A LOS DERRAMES DE PETROLEO

Te invitamos a que firmes esta petición para prevenir los derrames de petroleo.

"Como sabrán, hace poco más de un año el Golfo de México fue lugar de un extenso derrame de petróleo, equivalente a unos 4.9 millones barriles de crudo, provocado por el estallido de la plataforma Deepwater Horizon propiedad de British Petroleum (BP) la noche del 20 de abril de 2010, a unos 80 kilómetros de Luisiana. Esto no solo daña y pone en peligro a toda la biodiversidad acuática de la zona, tanto animal como vegetal, sino que también afecta a las poblaciones aledañas al lugar, ya que constituyen sus recursos de subsistencia más importantes.

Recientemente se han dado a conocer noticias que informan las intenciones de esta empresa de realizar nuevamente esas perforaciones. Es por esto que proponemos reunir la mayor cantidad de firmas posibles para frenar a BP y evitar que esto vuelva a suceder. Por medio de firmar esta petición, mostramos nuestra oposición a este acto de ignorancia y egoísmo que pretende la empresa, con el fin de que llegue a las autoridades de BP y al gobierno de USA y Gran Bretaña para que así puedan actuar de manera pacífica y rápida.

Ya todos sabemos cómo funciona esto así que a firmar, difundir la noticia y la propuesta en nuestras páginas, y compartirlo con todo el mundo para que también aporten su firma para detener a BP.Trabajando juntos hacemos un futuro mejor.

SAY NO TO OIL SPILL

We invite you to sign this petition to prevent another oil spill.

"As you know, almost a year ago, the Gulf of Mexico was the site of a large oil spill, about  4.9 million barrels of oil, caused by the outbreak of the platform “Deepwater Horizon” property of British Petroleum (BP) the night of 20 April 2010, about 80 miles from Luisiana. This not only hurts and endangers aquatic biodiversity throughout the area, both   animal and vegetable, but also affects the populations surrounding the place, as they are their most important subsistence resources.

Recently there have been news reports disclosed the company's plan to make these perforations again. That is why we propose to gather as many signatures as possible to stop BP  and prevent this  could happen again. By signing this petition, we show our opposition to this act of ignorance and selfishness that seeks the company, so it gets to the authorities of BP and the U.S. and Britain  governments  so they can act in a peaceful and quickly way.

We all know how this works so  sign, spread the word and the proposal on your web sites, and share it with  everyone to also bring their signature to stop BP. Working together we make a better future.
